Opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to support one of the rail industry’s most exciting rail consultancies on a £300m rail upgrade project in the North East. The successful candidate will have demonstrable NEC4 contract administration experience as well as client-side rail project experience. The initial contract will be 3 months with a potential extension.
Rate: Day rate is negotiable based on experience and is outside IR35
Location: Contractor site office in Newcastle with hybrid working

- Essential: NEC4 contract administration experience
- Essential: Relevant quantity surveying qualification (chartership ideal)
