Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of mechanical projects, from conception and design to implementation and completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
- In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, design processes, and construction management.
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an advantage.
