We are keen to engage with an experience Site Manager from a strong civil engineering, utilities or highways background to deliver a new 12 week scheme in Newcastle City Centre.
The role is manage the installation of a new District Heating network across a busy highway.
About You
- SMSTS
- NRSWA (Supervisor)
- 1st Aid
- CSCS
- Experience of working on projects with congested utilities
- Able to liaise with key stakeholders
- Programme and Plan daily and weekly work
- Write and Review RAMS
- Management of direct and sub contract labour
- Manage pant and material ordering.
- Work with Commercial Team to identify any variations
