The Building Surveyors' role
In this role, the successful Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional services including building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect diagnosis.
You will also be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring exceptional service delivery and technical excellence across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, and industrial.

The Building Surveyor
- MRICS or working towards
- Strong experience in professional building surveying services and project management
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Organised and proactive with strong communication abilities
