Our client, a well-established Commercial Property Consultancy in Newcastle, is looking for a talented Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team. You'll work closely with the Director, playing a key role in delivering expert advice across a broad client portfolio.
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work on both professional and project-based services, including:
- Pre-acquisition surveys
- Dilapidations and lease advisory
- Contract administration and project management
- Schedules of condition and building pathology
- Technical due diligence and defect analysis
- You'll gain exposure to a wide range of clients, including investors, occupiers, and developers, providing expert insight into commercial property assets.
About you:
We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Building Surveyor who is either:
- Recently qualified (MRICS) or
- In the final stages of their APC and eager to qualify soon
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to manage workloads effectively
- Experience across both professional services and project work
