A UK leading, B Corp Certified property and construction consultancy are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their successful Newcastle based team.
The Chartered Building Surveyors' role
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will benefit from diverse project exposure, with the opportunity to lead a number of exciting projects across sectors such as office, retail, leisure, education, healthcare and charity.
As the new Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll be required to provide a myriad of professional services including building defects, technical due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, building surveys and party wall matters.
The Chartered Building Surveyor will also have the opportunity to develop key client relationships as well as engage in business development.
The Chartered Building Surveyor
The Chartered Building Surveyor will need to be qualified with MRICS and ideally have a few years' experience post qualification (not essential).
- Strong client-facing & communication skills
- Varied project experience is beneficial
- Previous consultancy experience is preferred
