A dynamic property consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their friendly and successful team in Newcastle.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will deliver expert advice to a variety of landlords and tenants across the retail, industrial, office, and leisure sectors.
In this role, you will undertake the full range of building consultancy services, including contract administration, project management, dilapidations, RCAs, and PPMs. You will have the opportunity to manage an exciting and diverse portfolio of clients, with the autonomy to drive projects forward while enjoying the support of a collaborative team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor looking to grow their career within a close-knit team environment, while working on engaging and rewarding projects.
The Senior Building Surveyor
This role will suit a capable and self-sufficient Senior Building Surveyor, who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a wider team and who is driven to succeed.
- MRICS qualified
- A consultancy or private practice background
- Well-rounded service line knowledge
