My client is a leading provider of comprehensive fire protection solutions and they are looking for a Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our fire sprinkler system projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary project information.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal fire protection codes and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the fire protection industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing fire sprinkler system projects from inception to completion.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
