Job Role: Sprinkler Project Manager
Area: Newcastle
Salary: £45k - £50k + Car Allowance & Fuel Card
My client is a leading provider of comprehensive fire protection solutions and they are looking for a Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our fire sprinkler system projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary project information.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal fire protection codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the fire protection industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing fire sprinkler system projects from inception to completion.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
