Key Responsibilities:

Provide 3rd Line Technical Support, act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Teams, and support on numerous projects within the business

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.

Liaise with 1st line and 2nd Line support and other team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Conduct root cause analysis and create documentation for recurring issues.

Support and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role within an MSP environment.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).

Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.

Experience in supporting 1st and 2nd Line teams / acting as an escalation point

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
