THE ROLEThis Senior IT Engineer position is more than just a technical role; it’s a chance to help drive transformation. The company is bringing its IT support in-house to enhance service delivery and create tailored solutions for over 500 internal users. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting, improving systems, and collaborating with a close-knit team of IT experts. The opportunities to make your mark are endless—especially as the company expands its IT capabilities.As part of a small but growing team, you’ll report to the Director of IT & Information Security and work alongside a fellow Senior Engineer and two Junior Engineers. You’ll be involved in all things IT, from 3rd-line support to system security, and take charge of ensuring smooth operations across the business.YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCEEssential Experience:
  • Strong 3rd-line support experience, with a solid understanding of root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in Mac, Windows, and Linux environments, with the ability to manage and maintain them effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience in managing firewalls and resolving network issues.
  • Strong understanding of system security, patching, and hardening.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with tools like Jamf, Salesforce, and ERP solutions (e.g., Workday).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
