Due to the nature of the projects, candidates will need to have or be eligible for SC / DV clearance.

You will play a key role in troubleshooting, monitoring, and improving system efficiency, while contributing to the team's overall performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service during critical support hours.
  • Support disaster recovery (DR) testing across various virtual platforms.
  • Address security vulnerabilities identified by the compliance team.
  • Perform planned changes outside of regular working hours.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and support of Unix / Linux and Windows servers.
  • Drive and contribute to product improvements.
  • Expand your knowledge across a broad range of technologies.
  • Provide technical support for infrastructure services, including issue resolution and assistance with various tasks.
  • Participate in infrastructure-related projects and assignments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure reliability and high performance.
  • Work with the team to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation.
  • Apply technical expertise to solve infrastructure-related challenges.
  • Follow best practices in service delivery and operations.
