About the Role
In this role, youll play an essential part in shaping high-quality, durable components for various applications, from interpreting precise 2D drawings to utilising both manual and CNC milling machines. You'll be working with a range of machinery, including Bridgeport horizontal and vertical mills, as well as versatile XYZ machines, ensuring each piece meets exacting standards. This role is perfect for a machinist who finds satisfaction in delivering finely crafted, accurate components and enjoys having control over every aspect of the production process, from set-up through to finishing touches.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7 am - 3:30 pm
Friday: 7 am - 12:30 pm
Key Duties
Accurately interpret 2D technical drawings and route card instructions.
Set up and operate both manual and CNC milling machines, including Bridgeport and XYZ models.
Perform precise milling, fitting, de-burring, surface grinding, and other general machine shop duties.
Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards and ensure smooth production flow.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in CNC machining or similar metalwork roles.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, tooling, and machining processes.
A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
