Your role
- You'll be working across a retail contract in Newcastle.
- You'll have responsibility for leading a team of dedicated maintenance engineers covering building services & facilities maintenance.
- You'll also ensure a compliant and effective service is delivered at all times.
This role is covering working on a large static estate in Newcastle.
You will be required to work Monday - Friday on site.
About you
- An Electrical engineering qualification - Level 3 equivalent or higher
- C&G 2391
- 18th Edition
- Previous experience of supervising multi skilled maintenance engineers
- Full UK driving Licence
This role would suit a Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer, Maintenance Team Leader Or Maintenance Supervisor.
You'll also have experience of managing both planned and reactive maintenance schedules.
Having experience of working within the retail or leisure industry is highly advantageous for this role however, experience within FM maintenance is essential.
