Electrical Supervisor - LONG TERM!

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical works on multiple new commercial projects.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all electrical installations comply with safety standards and project specifications. The ideal Electrical Supervisor will have a strong background in commericalelectrical systems and proven experience in supervisory roles.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications as the Electrical Supervisor.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate electrical work effectively.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards as an Electrical Supervisor.
Mentor and train junior electricians, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
Ensure all electrical work is completed on time and within budget as the Electrical Supervisor.
Prepare reports on project progress and electrical issues for management review.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical problems during the construction phase.

Electrical Supervisor Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision, specifically as an Electrical Supervisor.
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
ECS/CSCS card holder.
SSSTS/ SMSTS.
Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and building regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills as an Electrical Supervisor.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Previous experience in residential projects is preferred.
