Requirements:

  • Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships confidently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant IT tools
  • UK driving license required
  • Enhanced DBS check will be conducted upon appointment
