Job Title: Site SupervisorLocation: LongbentonJob Type: Full-Time, on going workSalary: £230- £250 per day Randstad are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team. Work is to start ASAP and is on going work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking after the cladding sections on the multi phase project
- Develop and implement efficient logistics and supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve service delivery.
- Oversee the entire logistics and distribution network of traffic in and outside of the construction site.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Communicate with a range of the public.
- Liaise with the site team
- Organise deliveries
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and Trades teams.
- Supervise the trades teams
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Construction
- Experience with cladding and externals
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS card
- First Aid
