This role will see you managing projects across the North East, ensuring top-quality delivery and client satisfaction.Position:Operations Manager - Commercial Construction (Refurbishments & Fit-Outs)Location:Darlington (Projects across the North East)Salary:£55,000 - £65,000 (Depending on Experience)Benefits:Pensions, Holidays, Travel Expenses and other additional benefits to be confirmed.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple refurbishment and fit out projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management or being able to display the relevant skills within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
