Jackson Hogg are delighted to be exclusively supporting a global Engineering business based in Newcastle with the appointment of Project Coordinator.You will be responsible for the management of new customer activity coming into the business. You will be expected to deliver a full and professional Project Management service to UK customers to ensure that their requirements are met whilst maintaining the profitability of the company. Key responsibilities:
- Form a key link between the business and clients to ensure that they feel comfortable liaising with the business on all projects
- Overall project ownership, responsibility and control
- Ensure effective communication with the office, team, clients and other project stakeholders
- Coordination of creation of product drawing information working both with internal and external resource
- Coordinate quotations via supply chain
- Customer account and supplier coordination
- Planning of programme and organising of resource and materials within a given budget
