Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the new build project from inception to completion. You will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in managing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Manage project resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and labour.
  • Handle contractual and financial aspects of the project, including variations and claims.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
