Our team is committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainability in every project we undertake.I am seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, creating benchmarks for success and deliverables, and planning work assignments that meet deadline requirements. This role requires a proactive approach to managing budgets and adapting to changes in scope during the execution of contracts.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsBenchmarking and Deliverables: Develop and implement benchmarks for project success, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.Work Planning: Plan and assign work tasks to team members, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.Adaptability: Monitor and manage changes in project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring project goals are still achieved.Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.What They Offer:
