This Project Planner role has been created to support their ongoing success. The RoleThe Project Planner will be responsible for coordinating and planning various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Some of the key duties are below:• Develop tender plans in conjunction with the Sales and Tendering departments.• Assist in the development of the engineering design plans to facilitate integration into the overall project plan.• Co-ordinate with the departmental leads to ensure timely task updates in respect of internal resource, task progressand suppliers’ status.• Communicate planned and actual performance to the Project Managers.• Communicate scenarios to ensure plans are rescheduled to meet the overall deliveries and present these to the ProjectManagers and departmental leads.• Identify the critical path and over-allocated times. Identify process improvements on time and cost etc.The Person
  • Working knowledge and experience in an OEM environment along with experience in Project Management. Y
  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably IFS) and have data analysis and reporting capability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are key for this role along with a high attention to detail.
  • Adept at building relationships at all levels to establish effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders
