Position: Site Based Project ManagerLocation: NewcastleSalary: £58,000-£62,000 + PackageMy client are seeking a dedicated Site Based Project Manager to lead a dynamic mixed development project in Newcastle. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse construction project, including a research facility, offices, laboratories, a café, and reception areas, along with associated drainage, internal, and external works.Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality work within the project timeline.- Manage all phases of the construction process, from the initial groundwork to the final touches.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular project updates.Requirements:- Proven experience in managing mixed development projects, with a keen eye for detail in both internal and external aspects.- Must be locally based to Newcastle.- Availability to be site-based from Monday to Friday for the duration of the project- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.-CSCS Card Qualified ideally-SMSTS & First Aid (Preferable not essential)If you would like to apply for the position, please call the office on and ask for Hannah.
