Residential Conveyancer Newcastle Upon Tyne 

Looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer who is able to run their own caseload from start to end managing roughly 25 files per month. 

Main Responsibilities:-

  • To deliver high quality client service.
  • Comply with AML and risk policies.
  • Help the team to meet financial targets.
  • Work efficiently alongside other members of the team.
  • Build client and internal communication skills as well as building new client relationships whilst maintaining existing ones.
  • Work on a full case load using the case management system.
  • Participate in business development.
  • Build, maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts, referrers and business partners.
