The ideal candidate will be a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or a residential conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience handling their own caseload.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases while collaborating with a team of fee earners and support staff.
