RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, TYNE & WEAR/ HYBRID, UP TO £28,000 - £55,000 DOE. This role provides an opportunity to be part of a vibrant and successful team, working closely with clients in a fast-paced setting. JOB REF: 8403•The appointed conveyancer will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.•The appointed legal professional will work on a full caseload using the firms’ case management system.
