Are you looking to take the next step in your career within the legal sector? Our client, a legal practice specialising in Litigation, is seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation candidate to manage a team of Paralegals within the Debt recovery department.

Overview of the position

In this pivotal role, you will lead a team, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance in dealing with debt recovery cases. Your expertise in litigation will be essential as you guide your team through complex cases, facilitating a supportive environment that promotes professional growth and operational excellence.

  • Lead and motivate a team of debt recovery professionals to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for debt recovery, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee case management, directing the team in litigation processes and procedures to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Analyse team performance metrics and introduce improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
