Customer outreach analyst / Call centre advisor - KYC project - Hybrid, Newcastle 6 month contract - £12.50 - £15.00 p.hour DOE
Robert Half are recruiting multiple Customer outreach analysts to work on a high-profile KYC/CDD programme for a large FS client.
The office is based in Newcastle with a hybrid working model in place which enables remote working.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in roles such as call centre advisor, case handler, complaint handler or high-level customer service.
Responsibilities/Experience required
- Contacting corporate clients for KYC data.
- Confident in following process and tracking progress.
- Confident reaching out to clients via phone and written channels.
- Customer service experience in a call centre environment
- Ideally degree educated.
- KYC/AML experience would be advantageous but not necessary.
- Ability to work and excel in a target driven environment.
- Experience in working as part of a team or individually.
- Highly motivated and results orientated.
