Your Role as a Customer Sales Advisor

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, ensuring their appliances are covered and recommending additional protection plans to enhance their experience. Your sales expertise will help you up-sell products, build strong relationships, and truly make a difference in customers' lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly, first point of contact for customer queries.

Engage with customers to check their appliance coverage and recommend the right protection plans.

• Upsell products that enhance the customer experience and match their needs.

Build rapport and establish trust with customers for a long-term relationship.

• Own the customer journey, making each interaction a positive and seamless experience.
