Customer Sales Advisor

A dynamic and ever growing organisation is looking to recruit a number of ambitious and driven Customer Sales Advisors to join their successful B2C Sales Team.

Based in the heart of Newcastle, you will be working in state of the art modern offices - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that invests in the employees and offers progression and development.

KEY DUTIES

• Following up warm leads over the telephone
• Upselling and cross selling products and services
• Delivering excellent service levels at all times
• Achieving set targets and KPIs
• Work closely with team members to ensure common goals are achieved

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm (hours between), occasional Saturdays during busy periods

Hybrid working available once probation has been successfully passed

SALARY:

£23796 (basic) with a realistic OTE of £29,000 (commission is uncapped though!)
