What's the role?

  • Help customers who've been victims of fraud, offering support with empathy and care.
  • Work flexibly during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-7:30pm; Sat, 9am-5pm).
  • Deliver top-notch customer service while finding the best solutions for both customers and the company.
  • Handle tough situations with resilience and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

What we're looking for:

  • Customer service experience (contact centre background preferred but not essential).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong listening skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • An insatiably curious attitude and the confidence to challenge the norm.
