Our client is looking for proactive Sales Advisors to join their dynamic team and embark on a new career, where hitting targets meets customer service, within a vibrant sales team structure. The starting salary for this role is £23,795 with an OTE of £32,795+ and an uncapped commission structure. You will be working 37.5 hour per week, 10am - 6pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What will you be doing?

This role is pivotal in the company's growth and strategy. Armed with warm leads, you'll engage potential customers via outbound calls, showcasing the perks of choosing them as a partner. As there is no cold calling involved, conversations are often meaningful with customers who have signed up through the website or via referrals. Managing your time and setting the bar high is important within this role as there are targeted KPIs to consider.
