In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You will resolve issues related to energy accounts, billing, and services, while providing clear and accurate information about their energy offerings.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual and somebody who is quick to build rapport with customers and co-workers alike, all whilst having a key focus on the company's high standards.
