Want to workfor a leading financial company?I am recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services client who are looking to grow their customer service team!What will you be doing?* Provide outstanding customer service through inbound calls* Respond to customer inquiries regarding transactions and financial products* Offer guidance and information on account features, terms, and services* Assist customers with managing their accounts, including balance inquiries, transactions, payments, and fraud-related issues* Resolving any customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive resolution in line with company policies* Ensure that empathy & compassion are used when dealing with particularly difficult situations such as bereavements* Process account changes for customers including address updates, card replacements, and beneficiary changes* Ensure customer records are accurate & held correctly in line with requirementsWhat do you need to apply?* Proven experience dealing with vulnerable customers* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal* Experience within financial services would be desirableMust be able to pass a credit and DBS check to apply!
