A well-established organisation based in Northumberland is looking for a self-motivated, organised customer service professional to join their sales team for a temporary period of 3 months. They are looking for someone with previous experience in sales or customer service who is available at short notice.
Your new role
- High-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold call lists
- Promote products or services, explaining features, benefits, and pricing to generate sales
- Identify sales opportunities by researching and understanding customer needs
- Follow up on potential leads and maintain relationships to convert them into sales
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar customer service/sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
