We are currently looking to recruit several Customer Service Advisors. Why not use your skills to make a difference and join our Home Broadband Team. You’ll be talking over the phone to customers with all sorts of broadband tech-related queries. You could be helping someone with a simple router question or something that needs a bit more work and ownership, you’ll be there for the customer supporting them all the way.
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties and responsibilities will be:
- To deliver great customer service to all our customers through effective and timely query and complaint management.
- Aiming for a first contact resolution and taking ownership of our customer queries via multiple contact channels, including telephone and email.
- Working effectively and managing own workload to respond to customers within agreed service level agreements.
- To effectively manage and respond to all queries.
- To keep customers regularly informed of progress on any outstanding enquiries and complaints, with consistency in communications and always adhering to our policies.
- To receive and process complaints, comments or suggestions ensuring these are resolved, where possible, at first point of contact or escalate through agreed processes.
- To take actions, working with other departments where necessary, to improve customer experience.
- To ensure that all processes are always operated in a timely manner with a focus to provide excellent customer service.

Shifts and Salary:
A?great?starting salary of?£23,504 rising to £24,064 after 9 months of being here, plus incentives and bonuses.
