What You’ll Be Doing:

• Bossing high call volumes like a pro—while keeping the vibe friendly, helpful, and engaging.
• Connecting with customers across different communication channels—because variety is the spice of life!
• Owning every interaction, guiding customers from their first call all the way to resolution. No loose ends here!
• Actually listening to customers, understanding their needs, and delivering personalised solutions.
• Keeping things on record—accurately logging customer interactions and resolutions like a true pro.
