Job Overview: We're looking for a proactive and commercially aware Customer Service Coordinator who can manage service requests with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be the critical link between our technical teams, customers, and suppliers, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service requests professionally and quickly, meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Administer quotes, service requests, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Arrange service visits for in-house and third-party engineers, coordinating spare parts and communications
  • Support key service clients to develop and grow relationships
  • Maintain ISO 9001 policy standards and proactively suggest service improvements
  • Liaise with multiple departments and international customers
