Our client is seeking a dedicated First Response Advisor to join their Credit Hire team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to make a positive impact in the lives of clients and contribute to a dynamic team.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a First Response Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the customer journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new claims and accurately inputting relevant data into our case management system.
  • Making outbound calls to potential clients to advocate for our services and gather additional information regarding their compensation claims.
  • Logging detailed and accurate records of all calls and interactions.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public.
  • Performing all duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintaining regular, consistent, and professional attendance and punctuality.

Candidate Requirements & Attributes:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Previous inbound and outbound customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT literacy.
  • A strong understanding of client care and the importance of maintaining good client relations.
  • A team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
