We have an excellent opportunity to join a global manufacturing business as they look for a German speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer service experience to all their customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service over email and telephone
  • Providing proactive and commercial account administration
  • Maintaining an accurate customer database for business development purposes
  • Communicating effectively and liaising with other departments to solve problems or answer customer queries
  • Administering of returns and process accurate refunds
  • Monitoring online payment details to reduce risk of fraudulent orders
  • Monitoring of customer feedback and payment merchants including accuracy of online terms, case and resolution handling
  • Booking shipping and transport using logistics providers
  • Coordinating order fulfilment
  • Ad hoc customer service/sales administration

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills
  • Proficiency with systems
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Conscientious & hard-working
  • Able to multitask and manage workload to tight deadlines
  • Articulate, confident and friendly manner
  • Close attention to detail
