Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Discovery work to identify gaps or issues in the current service offerings, ensuring they continue to meet user needs.
- Implement user-centred design principles to review service feedback since launch, providing insightful research that informs design decisions.
- Develop content and service design strategies aimed at making our services available to overseas customers.
- Create and prioritise backlog tickets that establish a solid foundation and enablers for ongoing development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall project goals and user needs.
- Advocate for users throughout the design process by incorporating their feedback into service enhancements.
