We're recruiting for a part time, part year, nightshift customer service advisor to join a dynamic Ask4help team based in the North East.
As a part of the Ask4help team, you will be an integral member of a fast-paced frontline service, providing support University students through a variety of face to face, phone and digital communication channels.
We are particularly interested in individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills, as well as competence in using standard Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will be able to blend their experience in customer interactions with their understanding of student needs, ensuring the provision of an outstanding service for our customers.
The role is based on-campus in Newcastle City Centre, and will require you to work nightshift: as follows: 3 nights on-shift, followed by 6 nights off-shift, working 23:00 until 08:10 the following morning. The role is part-year: you will be expected to 36 weeks of the year, with 16 prescribed non-working weeks to be taken over the Christmas period (approx. two weeks), and a break over the summer from around the end of May to mid-September (14 weeks). This particular role is perfect for candidates who have busy lives. The shift pattern is also not suitable for students due to the rota.

Pay rate: 12.73.

Your main duties will include:
* Providing professional support via a range of channels which could include, telephone, and chat, remote support tools and service monitoring tools.
* Resolving enquiries at initial point of contact including areas relating to:
- Personal matters
- Student day to say questions
- Support the needs of the students and your colleagues
* Provide an exceptional level of customer service through clear and concise communication, demonstrating proposed solutions and next actions
