Want to work from the comfort of your own home?I am recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services client who are looking to grow their bereavement team!What will you be doing?* Supporting families through bereavements* Liaising with 3rd parties such as solicitors and funeral directors* Reviewing documentation and updating the case accordingly* Providing a professional and empathetic approach* Completing administration on the systemWhat do you need to apply?* Proven experience dealing with vulnerable customers* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal* Experience within financial services would be desirableMust be able to pass a credit and DBS check to apply!
