Learn relevant software (both independently and via training) & pass software certifications
Data-side pre-sales - delivery of compelling software demonstrations
Meet with clients to determine requirements & define project scope then develop in low code/no-code software
Present solutions and projects (both internally and externally) and support customers learning the tool and adopting the solutions
