• Pick up CMAP quickly. CMAP is a leading project management system used by architects to control all aspects of the business.

• Develop reports with CMAP and Excel and regularly maintain them e.g., invoicing schedules, forecasting, fees, utilisation, resourcing, prep for comm reviews and analyse data in all departments, Ops, Sales, BD

• Assist with admin tasks quickly and efficiently

• Support the administration of tenders

• Use some finance experience to take Xero to a reconciled month end, following an established process (with lots of support from the external accountant and CFO)
