The CompanyNigel Wright Tech is delighted to be working closely with a North East based professional services organisation as they seek to appoint a Visualisation Team Lead. This role is essential for turning complex data into actionable insight across the business, but also maintains a degree of freedom to creatively explore improvements to processes. The RoleReporting into the Business Systems Manager, you will collaborate with various users and teams across the company. Key responsibilities include: 
  • Maintain internal Data Visualisation dashboards using best practise design
  • Champion and rally the organisation around BI 
  • Take lead in the discussion, planning and documentation of new and ongoing reporting requirements with stakeholders 
  • Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts 
  • Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions 
The RequirementsThis is an exciting role whereby you will have the chance to drive new efficiencies and processes. The organisation have some exciting projects lined up for 2025 and want the right person to contribute new ideas as the business strives to become more data driven. Key requirements include: 
  • Commercial experience of engaging with users and stakeholders 
  • Experience using a Data Visualisation tool 
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse principles 
  • Appreciation of Tableau and or Alteryx would be beneficial
