Nigel Wright Tech is seeking a Visualisation Team Lead for a North East based professional services organization.
The role involves maintaining internal Data Visualisation dashboards, collaborating with teams, and managing a team of Data Analysts.
Candidates should have commercial experience engaging with users and stakeholders, as well as experience with a Data Visualisation tool.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse principles and familiarity with Tableau or Alteryx is beneficial.

The CompanyNigel Wright Tech is delighted to be working closely with a North East based professional services organisation as they seek to appoint a Visualisation Team Lead. This role is essential for turning complex data into actionable insight across the business, but also maintains a degree of freedom to creatively explore improvements to processes. The RoleReporting into the Business Systems Manager, you will collaborate with various users and teams across the company. Key responsibilities include:

Maintain internal Data Visualisation dashboards using best practise design
Champion and rally the organisation around BI
Take lead in the discussion, planning and documentation of new and ongoing reporting requirements with stakeholders
Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts
Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions

The organisation have some exciting projects lined up for 2025 and want the right person to contribute new ideas as the business strives to become more data driven. Key requirements include:

Commercial experience of engaging with users and stakeholders
Experience using a Data Visualisation tool
Knowledge of Data Warehouse principles
Appreciation of Tableau and or Alteryx would be beneficial
