The CompanyNW Tech is delighted to be supporting a professional services company with the recruitment of a Data Analyst. The RoleReporting to the Data Analytics Manager, you'll be primarily responsible for producing and analysing people and financial data to identify data correlations, patterns and trends which will help inform decision making. The role will sit within the Finance function of the organisation and you will have the opportunity to get involved with improving the firm's remuneration processes such as salary and bonus reviews. You'll also be responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly data production and people/reward system data imports and exports to link up with other business systems.The RequirementsThis is a really exciting role to help shape the business' drive to become more data driven. The role will involve working with a wide variety of colleagues and so the ability to communicate clearly and build strong professional relationships is important. You will also be a team player who works closely with other Data Analysts to ensure support and cover for other data drive processes when required. Other key requirements include: 
  • Commercial experience of using Excel - including use of Macros, lookup formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting and the ability to transform data into visualisations 
  • Knowledge in tools such as Power BI or Qlik 
  • Proven experience working on projects which require attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking 
  • Awareness of producing and analysing data, along with the ability to transform data into visualisations
