Our Client a Demolition Contractor are currently looking for a temporary site manager to assist on one of their projects in Newcastle.
The scope of works consists of, removing and salvaging part of a existing production line in a bread factory.
The ideal candidate will have undertook similar demolition work and be able to provide excellent work references from recent jobs.
Duties Include
- Removing and Salvaging part of an existing production line.
- Removing Machinery and Conveyor belts
- Be able to read specification and any associated drawings.
- Making sure daily records are completed on a daily basis and returned to the office on a weekly basis
- Dealing all Labour and administering Timesheets both internally and externally
- Toolbox Talks and site inductions
- Reporting to the contracts managers
- Controlling Materials
