This is your opportunity to step into a newly created leadership role where you'll be the subject matter expert in digital customer journeys and engagement.You will help:Shape the future - Lead on digital customer engagement and create seamless digital experiences that truly connect with customers.Lead with impact - Drive transformation, influence customer behaviour, develop and improve customer journeys and champion digital self-service adoption.Innovate and collaborate - Work closely with key teams, ICT and stakeholders to deliver value add, enjoyable and useful digital experiences.Grow your career - Join an organisation that values innovation, customer-centricity, and professional development that is on a journey to continuously improve and deliver best practice.What You'll DoLead and inspire the Digital Customer Engagement Team to enhance digital interactions, and self-serve adoption.Own and optimise digital customer journeys, ensuring an intuitive and seamless experience.Influence customer behaviour and drive self-serve adoption aligned with business goals.Manage digital customer experience projects from concept to implementation.Analyse and interpret data and insight to further enhance digital engagement and to drive future strategy and systems developments.Engage senior stakeholders and present to various working groups on how best to drive better customer engagement.Stay ahead of trends and bring best-in-class digital engagement strategies to life.What We're Looking ForWe're open to different backgrounds, but you'll likely have:Experience leading digital engagement strategies within customer experience.A track record of driving customer behaviour changes through digital channels.Strong knowledge or interest in digital service design, journey mapping, or digital product management, systems development and or agile.Strong leadership skills, influential skill - you can inspire, coach, and engage a small team and influence across the business.This company and team are driven by purpose, innovation, and a commitment to customer excellence.
