They are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and organised PPC Account Director to work with their fast-paced and exciting clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process from briefing and planning through to activation and reporting.
  • Deliver best-in-class performance campaigns across Paid Social and PPC, as well as high-impact brand campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients' business visions, brand, and marketing strategies. Manage communications effectively with clients, media owners, and other agencies.
  • Efficiently manage your own and the team's workload, ensuring timely communication of any issues.
  • Drive innovation within client teams, actively seeking media-first betas and testing new strategies to improve performance.
  • Identify case study opportunities and build them into award-winning entries.
  • Handle finance queries promptly with wider teams to ensure queries are reconciled speedily.


Skills & Expertise:

  • Expert knowledge of paid search with a strategic understanding of the digital performance ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering performance campaigns and achieving measurable business results.
  • Detailed understanding of upper and lower funnel measurement solutions, methodologies, and implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and team management.
  • Industry Interest: Expressed interest in charity and entertainment verticals.
  • A curious and positive attitude with the appetite to learn
