The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Support the class teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
Monitor and document children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Encourage positive behavior and help children develop essential social and emotional skills.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, teachers, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of young learners.
Creativity and adaptability to design and implement engaging learning activities.
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
